What a beautiful day this is! We're standing on the precipice of fall... Which is entirely about transformation. As I mentioned in the broadcast, September in numerology is a number 9 which is about release, October is a 10/1 which is about new beginnings. The important thing to note is that 10/1 signify "continual new beginnings." So, instead of the idea of a blank slate, I invite you to look at the foundation of what you've been laying, and what you want to continue to build. Think of it more like a new chapter, which is also a meaningful new beginning.
I offer principles about energy healing in the broadcast. Caveat that what I share is specifically for this project and I hope that it empowers and heals you! If you feel called to learn more about energy healing, the library of this podcast is FULL of information and experiences. I also offer in person, online, and remote trainings. Enjoy! And let me know if you feel called to learn more.
Today we harness the power of the Equinox to take a "Quantum Leap" forward into global connection. Which is simply acknowledging and connecting to our already established global community.
This Equinox has been spoken and written about as a powerful time in connection to the shift of the ages. Some have said this is the actual date of the "Birth of the Age of Aquarius", others state this is the time when we will feel and see manifestations picking up speed in our 3d reality. I offer that this is when the 4th and 5th dimensions are merging more completely (and obviously) with our current collective consciousness. This means that our potential to experience our light bodies is massively increased, and that we have the increased potential to communicate energetically on a global level. I felt this the absolute perfect day to launch part 4 of the Karma Clearing Project, which has everything to do with experiencing ourselves as part of a global energetic community. I call it a "Global Connection Portal" as it is something that spans time and space, and can be accessed at any time via the love within our heart center.
I felt the nudge to use the trees as a metaphor for this global network. In many ancient traditions.. including shamanic, Native American, and Celtic traditions trees were seen and respected as metaphors for human existence.. and their roots systems viewed as messengers between each other and around the globe. Some traditions feel that trees can instantaneously communicate across the globe via their root systems. I personally love these stories, and teachings about the trees! I also want to share some more modern research findings .. specifically by a woman named Suzanne Simard, who published as article in Nature around her research for her PhD at Yale University. She was interviewed recently about her research documenting the symbiotic relationship of fungi with tree roots and how the fungi span the spaces between roots to facilitate communication between trees. You can find her recent interview published at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies here.
I also want to mention a book that has been seminal to my understanding to tree communication "The Hidden Life of Trees" by Peter Wholleben was recently featured in the Smithsonian, I find this quote from Smithsonian quite provocative:
Since Darwin, we have generally thought of trees as striving, disconnected loners, competing for water, nutrients and sunlight, with the winners shading out the losers and sucking them dry. The timber industry in particular sees forests as wood-producing systems and battlegrounds for survival of the fittest.
There is now a substantial body of scientific evidence that refutes that idea. It shows instead that trees of the same species are communal, and will often form alliances with trees of other species. Forest trees have evolved to live in cooperative, interdependent relationships, maintained by communication and a collective intelligence similar to an insect colony. These soaring columns of living wood draw the eye upward to their outspreading crowns, but the real action is taking place underground, just a few inches below our feet.
“Some are calling it the ‘wood-wide web,’” says Wohlleben in German-accented English. “All the trees here, and in every forest that is not too damaged, are connected to each other through underground fungal networks. Trees share water and nutrients through the networks, and also use them to communicate. They send distress signals about drought and disease, for example, or insect attacks, and other trees alter their behavior when they receive these messages."

Today we explore the forcefield of the heart. Quite possibly the most powerful tool we have at this juncture to transmute and transform our visions from fear into love and power and creation.
This broadcast is supported by the network of trees in the local area where I live, as when and where you listen .. you will come to understand how trees are interconnected to us and to the Universal Field.
I was recently gift a book titled The Hidden Life of Trees by Peter Wholleben .. and when I flipped to a page to use for todays broadcast here is what I found "And what if you cut a tree down? Is its then dead?" In my experience of continuing to record he music of the tree felled in my yard, I can tell you this stump is still producing sound for music.. which is so cool. And Wholleben seems to support this idea he speaks of a centuries old stump, from which vibrant life including trees sprung out of and is currently thriving within its circumference.. "In many woods, this happens all the time. For centuries in Europe, deciduous trees were cut right down to the base of their trunks by charcoal burners, who harvested them to make charcoal. New trunks grew from the base, forming the foundation for the woods today."
I am reminded of what I've learned and shared in earlier broadcasts about the redwoods, how they create something called a fairy ring... which is a ring of trees that rises to surround and grow from the base of a fallen tree. As if a family is rising simultaneously supported by and supporting of the energy of the felled tree.
Research has also begun to document that trees have energetic fields, and they have consciousness. This is very related to the feeling of calm we experience when we are a forest..
Trees, like the ocean, and also like Himalayan salt lamps, produce negative ions which are compounds that carry a charge because they have an unbalanced number of protons or electrons. Negative ions occur more often in nature and they are often created by things like lightening storms, sunlight, waterfalls, ocean waves, and the wafting of tree branches.
According to webmd: "Generally speaking, negative ions increase the flow of oxygen to the brain; resulting in higher alertness, decreased drowsiness, and more mental energy,” says Pierce J. Howard, PhD, author of The Owners Manual for the Brain: Everyday Applications from Mind Brain Research and director of research at the Center for Applied Cognitive Sciences in Charlotte, N.C.“They also may protect against germs in the air, resulting in decreased irritation due to inhaling various particles that make you sneeze, cough, or have a throat irritation.”
And for a whopping one in three of us who are sensitive to their effects, negative ions can make us feel like we are walking on air. You are one of them if you feel instantly refreshed the moment you open a window and breathe in fresh, humid air."
So while I'm far from seeking to claim that webmd says trees promote better health.. I just love providing info so you can connect the dots however energetically feels true for you :) As we've covered before, you are the one who knows the truth!
What want to offer next is more information on what I have come to understand as the forcefield of the heart. There is a host of research into the electromagnetic field of the heart. Most of which is coming out of the Heart Math Institute. According to these studies, The heart's electrical field is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated by the brain. To quote: “The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body. The electrical field as measured in an electrocardiogram (ECG) is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the brain waves recorded in an electroencephalogram (EEG).” Studies from the Heart Math Institute also show that a powerful electromagnetic field can be detected and measured several feet away from a person’s body as well as between two individuals in close proximity.
What follows next is quite possibly the most magical part yet. I have come to understand that the forcefield of the heart can travel around the globe instantaneously. Research in quantum physics supports this, with studies documenting that conjoined particles, once separated, being effected by each other simultaneously.. this means information travels instantaneously across time and space. So what this means is when we can successfully conjure up the forcefield of our heart, we can bypass our current limitation of time space consciousness... and we can send healing and transformational energy anywhere and everywhere. I have successfully practiced this, coached it, and witnessed the phenomenon taking place. I look forward to co-creating that with you!
Below is the link to music from the felled pine tree. I invite you to first call all of your energy and focus here, to come present. Second, to tap into and expand the energy of your heart. Third to send that energy to the trees around the world. As you listen, I invite you to tap into this tree's inherent ability to communicate with all of nature, across space and time.
Hello! Today's broadcast, part 2 of the free 7 part training to participate in the Karma Clearing Project, covers some really amazing convergences between science and spirituality. I want to share in more depth the information on these as well as some more information on Einstein's theory of the Universal FIeld.
First, lets address the commonly held idea of genetic determinism with some intriguing research findings. Genetic determinism, also known as biological determinism, holds that a person's genes determine who they are.. this spans from the color of one's eyes, to whether or not a person will get diabetes, have a heart attack, have a mental disorder or contract a host of specific types of cancer. To get to the punchline, I offer that it is not our predetermined genetic makeup that controls who we are and what we become.. it is our energetic system and whats contained in our energetic field that determines who we are and what we become.
The findings from the Human Genome Project point us in this direction. The Human Genome Project, was an international, collaborative research program whose goal was the complete mapping and understanding of all the genes of human beings. All our genes together are known as our "genome." At the close of the findings from the Human Genome Project, researchers had expected to find 140,000 separate genes per 140,000 proteins currently known in the body. In a linear world, scientists expected 1 gene per 1 protein, in that individual proteins are responsible for activating individual genes. As proteins manufacture and supervise the productions of genes, the rational model would dictate that they would find one gene per currently known protein. But that was not the case! Something more magical happened... they found way less than what they expected... and truly what this means is that energy and the energetic field of our body is responsible for much of our DNA activation.
So, back to the data, instead of 140,000 proteins they found 23,688. This means they found only 1/6 as many proteins as there were genes. In the linear model of thinking, this amount is not even enough to get our brains to function.
This points to something else that is going on. Something that what we are coming know as our energetic field. Simply put, it is our energetic field that is coordinating the “turning on and off” of our gene expression. This means that there must be energy & information that is communicated within our overall system that helps signal our genes to turn on or off.
I offer it's the energetic field we fill ourselves up with every day that provides signals to our genes to create proteins. So, lets get back to gist, the notion that we do not currently fully know how our bodies activate genes. But we know that it is much more than a linear process. It must be an energetic system signaling. Rather than an on and off switch.. our energetic system is sending signals, and we know that we can influence our energetic system via meditation and energy work. Essentially we inherently know that we can upgrade and up level our bodies simply by tapping into the universal field.
Second, we now have scientific support that genes are malleable. This means our genes are not static, they are able to be changed. This was interesting for me personally, because I come from a background of science and statistics and linear knowledge.. and I’ve long been told and I once believed that my genetic makeup is what I was given at birth and can’t really be changed. I was told it might be able to be managed, but not changed. What I’ve personally come to discover is that that’s not necessarily true… nor is it anything we need to claim as true. I now know that we have the ability to change our genes in this lifetime.
Scientists have documented this, time and time again, with genes for diabates, heart disease, obesity, and a host of mental disorders.. and most all of these studies have used the power of one’s personal belief as the dependent variable. Which means that what we come to truly believe to be true, our bodies energetically and chemically align and create as out reality. This is the story of so many cancer remissions.. and onsets.. it is the story of how folks grow younger and lose weight, regain joint mobility.
Research is now revealing that our thoughts and feelings as well as our choices and experiences have a profound effect on our moment to moment genetic expression. Recent studies show that 90% of genes are engaged in cooperation with signals from the environment.
So how do we make sense of this unknown energetic field that affects us moment to moment? We do so with the Unified Field. The Unified Field was something that Einstein postulated must exist and he worked on it to his dying day, instead of calling it the Unified Field, he noted it as unified field theory.
In the 1920s, when Einstein began his work on a unified field theory, electromagnetism and gravity were the only known forces, and the electron and the proton were the only known subatomic particles. Most physicists at the time were excited about the newly discovered quantum theory, and spent their time absorbed with exploring its bizarre and interesting consequences. They didn’t see any great need for a theory uniting electromagnetism and gravity.
But Einstein, and several other scientists, felt differently and set to work on the problem of unification. Scottish physicist James Clerk Maxwell created the first field theory in the mid-19th century, concerning electromagnetism. Then in the early 1900s, Einstein postulated his theory of general relativity, which has to do with the field theory of gravitation. Einstein attempted to develop a unified field theory in the 1920s, but he was hindered because only some of the forces were known at the time. While electromagnetism and gravity were well recognized, studies of the atom were in their infancy; at the time, the electron and the proton were the only known subatomic particles, according to the American Physical Society.
Einstein (collaborating at first with Jacob Grommer) built on the work of other scientists, who were trying to render space-time into five dimensions. Specifically, Einstein's work on space-time would take up four dimensions, and an extra set of equations (representing Maxwell's equations for electromagnetism) would be the fifth. Scientists who worked on this problem include Hermann Weyl, Theodor Kaluza and Oskar Klein. In 1918, Hermann Weyl proposed a unification scheme based on a generalization of Riemannian geometry. Inspired by Weyl’s work, Theodor Kaluza showed that by extending space-time to five dimensions, one could produce the Einstein equations in four dimensions, plus an extra set of equations that is equivalent to Maxwell’s equations for electromagnetism. The fifth dimension would be compact, curled up so small that we can’t detect it. Oskar Klein later refined this idea.*
This is great, as it reminds us that there is so much more than what we can currently see and know.. it points to the need to include dimensions beyond what we currently experience with our senses in this third dimensional environment. Essentially the search for a unified field theory in physics points to what is known in metaphysics as the Unified Field.. a space and place where everything is connected across time and space.
